Emergency Service Network

We are capable of creating and implementing the new Emergency Services Network (ESN), also known as Public Safety, for a variety of structures.

The emergency services require an interior coverage solution to enable quick communication, since thick building materials might block signals. Police, fire, emergency medical, security services, and organisations that deal with disasters are among the users of ESN.

ESN provides first responders with instant access to vital data, photos, and information from the front lines while transferring audio, video, and data via the cellular network quickly, safely, and securely.

Advanced applications will be available to the Emergency Services Network, including:

• Ambulance staff submitting critical patient data to the hospital before a patient arrive.
• Using a body camera to film an arrest and live-stream it to other police officers nearby.
• Fire and rescue personnel evaluating a burning structure by using tablets to access architectural plans and transmit live camera footage from a helicopter.

The 4G low frequency 800MHz band is utilised by the ESN. For optimum comfort and flexibility, emergency response personnel connect to the LTE network using their own smart handheld devices.
